Acne affects the pores of the skin, canals through which a hair follicle passes. Glands known as sebaceous glands produce sebum, a mixture of oil and waxes, which lubricate the skin and prevents water loss. They are mostly found on face, back, chest and shoulders. Acne affects the areas of skin that have sebaceous glands.
Acne is most common at puberty because of increased male sex hormone Testosterone. Although men have higher levels of testosterone than women during puberty there is an increase of testosterone in both sexes, which makes girls just as susceptible to acne. Testosterone causes sebaceous glands to produce more sebum. In addition, the cells that line the skin pore produce more keratin. Increased level of both sebum and keratin can lead to pore blockage and formation of blackhead. With the pore blocked, bacteria can over grow and release enzymes that break down sebum and promote inflammation. This form what is known as whitehead or pimple.

Fish oil supplements are generally provided as a rich source of the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Omega 3 fatty acids are important to human nutrition, and cannot be synthesized by the body. As such, they are regarded as essential dietary nutrients. The consumption of small amounts of these essential fatty acids is necessary for many biological functions including human growth and development, cell membrane functioning, nutrient metabolism, nervous system functioning, vision, memory, and cognition. In sports nutrition, fish oil supplements are widely used for their potential benefits on metabolism and overall health.

L-CARNITINE In Relation To Low Sperm Count And Decreased Sperm Motility
High carnitine concentration, critical for the human sperm. It plays a major role in sperm energy metabolism.Several studies have shown that the level of free carnitine in the seminal fluid is inversely co-related to sperm count & motility
Lower the carnitine content in the seminal fluid lower the sperm count & more likely a man to be infertile.
Carnitine plays a very important role in metabolism and utilization of fatty acids in the liver. Also some evidence that carnitine deficiency within the liver promotes fatty infiltration also known as steatosis or liver congestion.

It’s a vitamin like compound responsible for the transport of long chain Fatty acids into the energy producing cell units i.e. the mitochondria
Carnitine is essential because it is critical in the transport of fatty acids into mitochondria. Since the carrier molecules of fatty acids, acyl CoA can’t penetrate the cell membrane of the mitochondria results in reduced energy production.
The fatty acids must be transferred from CoA to carnitine. The acyl carnitine molecule can then transport the fatty acid molecule to the mitochondrial surface of the inner mitochondrial membrane. There it releases the fatty acid, so that it can be converted to energy.
